School Fee

(i)      Payment of the School Fee

The School dues are to be paid before 10th of every month. If the due is not paid before the start of the next month the admission will be cancelled. Re-admissions, solely at discretion of the Principal, may be done only on payment of the re-admission fee of Rs. 1000 and clearing of the over dues. The School authority is not expected to remind the parents for the School fees. The School fee can be paid in A/c payee cheque drawn in favour of Jatan Devi Daga H. S. School, mentioning admission number, name, class and section of the student over leaf.

Brother / Sister Concession

A concession of Rs. 300 in the monthly maintenance fee is granted to the younger sibling of the same parent.

(ii)     Mode of Payment

SCHOOLFEES :

1.       All fees are payable in ADVANCE by cash on monthly basis by 10th of the month. No letter or reminder will be issued by the School in this respect unless there is some specific reason or change in the schedule.

2.       If fees for a month in respect of any student is not paid in full by 10th of that month, after the end of month for which the fees in not paid, the students name will be struck off the rolls and the student may be re-admitted only at the discretion of the Principal on payment of all arrears and a fresh admission fee.

3.       All Collection and payments at the office counter will be made strictly in accordance with the fixed timings i.e. between 07.40 am to 1.00 pm (Mon. to Fri.) and 7.40 am to 11.30 am (Sat.). No students will be entertained for fee payments. Only parents, or their representatives will be allowed.

4.       In case of doubt regarding the payment of any dues, parents / guardians are advised to make the payment first and then clarify the matter.

5.       Parents may kindly keep the cash receipts in safe custody and produce them to the School in proof of their payment.

6.       Parents are requested to give correct particulars such as Admission No. Name, Class and Section of the students while depositing the fees.

7.       A clear calendar month’s notice in writing or month’s fee in lieu of notice should be given, before a pupil can be withdrawn from the School. However, in case of transfer or other contingencies of service, Principal may waive the notice period as a special case at his discretion.

8.       Fee structure is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

9.       Fees can be deposited in advance for any number of months, or for the full session if so desired.

10.     If full session fee is paid by 31.07.2023 then the last month tuition fee will be discounted.
